Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information, but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. You can also contact us at service@instgifts.com for your logistics information.
My tracking says “No information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
Shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays as these are out of our control.

We have a 30-day hassle-free refund, 100-day return policy
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at service@instgifts.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Cost Responsibility
- Due to Quality Issues or Incorrect Item Sent: If the return is due to a product defect or our shipping error, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a return label or reimbursement.
-Due to Personal Reasons (e.g., change of mind, not as expected): If the return is not due to a product issue, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Customized products
Customized products are exceptional, belong to you only, and cannot be resold to other users. If you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch with us within 4 hours to request a refund. You will not be able to cancel your order once production of the custom product you ordered has begun.
As a general rule, refunds cannot be made on your custom product unless one of the following situations occurs:
1. the product is damaged.
2. the product is printed incorrectly for our reasons.
3. the product is defective in a way that affects normal use.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
