Can I get a discount?

Where do I enter my discount code?
You have two ways to apply a discount code.
The first way, once you have added the item to your cart, click on the “Apply Discount” icon at the bottom of the cart and enter the discount code into the input box so that the discount will be calculated and applied at checkout.
The second way, when you are ready to complete your order, you can choose to enter the discount code at checkout. You will see a box to add the code and then click the Apply button. Once applied, you will see the new total value of the order.
How do I know if my order went through?
Our system will automatically send you an order confirmation email within one hour of placing your order ( only if you have left your email address ). If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder. You can also log into your account here and see the order in your account if it was successfully placed.

Do your items come with a warranty?
We stand behind all our quality jewelry pieces. If any jewelry item you purchase breaks because of design or a manufacturer defect within 100 days of your original purchase, we will repair or replace the piece free of charge. Our warranty does not cover damages caused by improper care, accidents, or natural breakdown of materials over extended use and time. Contact us and return all defective or damaged products to us for examination and evaluation. We are HERE to help.
What is your return policy?
Returns are easy at Instgifts. Please check to see if your item qualifies for an exchange / return.
Items Eligible for Exchange or Return:
Items that are unworn and in the original condition as when it was shipped to you within 180 days of the date you received the item.
Items NOT Eligible for Exchange or Return:
• Personalized Items
• Engraved Items
• Any item Received over 100 days ago.
How much are your shipping rates?
We offer FREE Shipping worldwide with a $49 minimum order. We also have various options for shipping depending on your location. You can see all our shipping options HERE.
What form of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal.
How do I customize my product?
We have a detailed customization process on our product page, please follow our instructions to complete your customization. We apologize if there is any difficulty in understanding the process and would like you to contact us, we will solve the problem for you at the first time.

What does the product packaging look like?
Most of the jewelry we use a delicate velvet box, convenient for you to give gifts. Some of the jewelry use the same delicate cardboard box.

Where are you shipping from?
We ship from China and some products will be shipped from the USA.
Which shipping methods do you use?
Our usual method of transportation is by air.
How much are your shipping rates?

When will my order ship?
All orders are shipped within 1-2days from payment (excluding weekends). As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can click on the tracking number and gain access to the shipment information.
How long does delivery take to arrive at my house?

Is your order guaranteed during shipping?
Yes, we offer a reshipment guarantee on all orders, and if you find a broken product when you receive your package, we can immediately replace the product for free or give you a full refund.
Why does my logistics information show that my order has been delivered, but I have not received it?
Don't worry, this is usually caused by the delivery person not being able to get in touch with you. Taking into account the delivery methods of different staff, it is usually handled in the following way:
1. placed in your mailbox by the delivery person
2. placed at your doorstep by the delivery person
3. signed for by your neighbor
4. temporarily deposited by the delivery person at the local post office
5. placed in a hidden place near your home.
If you are unable to locate your package, please contact us immediately.
Why did I order more than one item and only receive part of it?
In most cases, due to the different production cycles of different products, we split orders for multiple products into multiple packages to send them out as quickly as possible, so you will receive partial items first. Do you ship to countries outside the USA?
Sure we do - Kids and moms love us all over the world! We ship to most countries in the world. Simply choose your country from the drop down list during checkout.
I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?

Why hasn't my shipment arrived?
We strive to ship all orders out within 2 business days from the date we receive them. Most of the time, we are able to ship them the same or next business day. Please check our SHIPPING PAGE for information on the estimated shipping time once it leaves our facility.

Is there lead, nickel, or cadmium in any of your jewelry?
Safety is our #1 priority at Instgifts. We go to great lengths to ensure our items are free of any dangerous metals such as lead, nickel, and cadmium. We use only the safest materials and enforce strict purity and safety testing on an ongoing basis. All our products comply with ASTM F 2923-20 (Standard Specification for Consumer Product Safety for Children’s Jewelry)
